Highly recommend attending as it was extremely informative and would be to others who know they want to work with animals but are unsure of what kind of job they want! The variety of speakers from different jobs within the RSPCA provided a huge amount of information, including what they do on a day-to-day basis, career pathways, requirements (personality and education), as well as the best and worst parts of their job. Also, the activities were very interactive and engaging.
The Animal Career Discovery Day was incredibly educational and fun. It included interesting tours of the facility and cuddles with fluffy animals. What could be better? The speakers were informative and stimulating. It was a fantastic day, that if given the opportunity, I'll definitely partake in again.
